He serves as Founder, CEO, Executive Chair, and Certified Advisory Board Chair, providing strategic direction, governance oversight, and thought leadership across veteran empowerment, holistic wellness, education, and sustainable community development initiatives.

With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, international relations, and venture development, he empowers veterans, women, children, and underserved communities to achieve independence, opportunity, and generational wealth. As the Founder and Executive Chair of WT Hope Development Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, PHARAOH AkhenAton ShyAAM has made it his mission to restore dignity, stability, and purpose to veterans, families, returning citizens, and underserved populations. WT Hope Development operates through three core pillars: faith-based housing and development, holistic empowerment, and generational wealth creation, uniting real estate, herbal wellness, travel, and international partnerships to uplift individuals and communities.

MILITARY & GLOBAL LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION

AkhenAton served with honor as a combat veteran, developing deep expertise in logistics, global strategic operations, and leadership management. Throughout his career, he supported and led large-scale international operations involving more than 200,000 military personnel, government employees, and contractors worldwide. This experience shaped his disciplined approach to leadership, crisis management, and scalable systems design.

REAL ESTATE & STRATEGIC INVESTMENT LEADERSHIP

While still in military service, AkhenAton began building a multi-county, multi-state, and international real estate portfolio, establishing himself as a mission-driven real estate leader. Many of his U.S.-based properties were leased through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, supporting families in need of safe, stable housing. His real estate strategy emphasizes community stabilization, asset ownership, and long-term economic growth for underserved populations.
